Terms & Conditions

1. The competition is open to residents of the UK and ROI aged 18 or over.
2. One entrant will be picked at random and will be awarded with a Thorntons Chocoholic.
3. The closing date for this competition is midnight on 31/05/2012.
4. To enter the competition entrants will need to provide valid contact details.
5. If the winner of the competition cannot be contacted within 28 days of attempting to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a new winner.
6. No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. The prizes will only be provided directly to the winners.
7. The Promoter's decision is final in all respects. No correspondence will be entered into.
8. Use of a false name or email address will disqualify any entrant from receiving the prize.
9. Multiple entries will be disqualified from entry.
10. All winners may be required to participate in publicity related to this Promotion.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Promotion in total or in part at any time in the event of proven or suspected fraudulent misuse of the entry mechanic or other significant technical or legal issues beyond the control of the Promoter.
12. The Promoter will not pass Participants' personal details to any other organisation without their permission, except for the purposes of running this Promotion.
